（物販商品）ご注文確認後、通常3営業日以内に発送します。（デジタル商品・クーポン）決済完了後、ただちに、遅くとも24時間以内に電子的に提供します。通信障害・システム障害等により遅れる場合があります。
Physical goods: dispatched within three business days of order confirmation. Digital products and coupons: delivered electronically once payment is complete, within 24 hours at the latest. Delivery may be delayed by network or system failures.

返品・交換について / Returns and exchanges
（物販商品）商品到着後7日以内にご連絡いただいた場合に限り承ります。お客様都合の場合は未使用・未開封であることを要し、返品送料はお客様負担です。商品の不具合による場合は送料を当店が負担します。（デジタル商品・クーポン）商品の性質上、提供後のキャンセル・返品・返金はお受けできません。ただし当店の側の事情により商品が提供されない場合等は個別に対応します。詳細は「返品・返金ポリシー」に定めます。
Physical goods: accepted only if you contact us within 7 days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns the item must be unused and unopened, and you pay the return shipping. Where the item is defective, we pay it. Digital products and coupons: because of the nature of these products, we cannot accept cancellations, returns or refunds once they have been delivered. We will deal individually with cases such as a product not reaching you for reasons on our side. See our Refund Policy for details.
