Terms of service
These terms set out the conditions for using the online store operated by Time Out Tokyo Shop ("we").
第1条（適用）
本規約は、お客様と当店との間の本サービス利用に関する一切に適用されます。
Article 1 (Scope)
These terms apply to everything concerning your use of the service.
第2条（注文の成立）
注文は、お客様が注文手続きを完了し、当店が注文確認メールを送信した時点で成立します。在庫切れ・価格誤表示等の場合、当店は注文を取り消すことができます。
Article 2 (Formation of an order)
An order is formed when you complete the order process and we send the order confirmation email. We may cancel an order where an item is out of stock or a price was displayed in error.
第3条（価格・支払い）
価格はすべて税込表示です。支払いは当店が指定する方法によります。
Article 3 (Prices and payment)
All prices include tax. Payment is by the methods we specify.
第4条（禁止事項）
法令違反、当店または第三者の権利侵害、転売目的の不正取得、システムへの不正アクセス等を禁止します。
Article 4 (Prohibited conduct)
You must not break the law, infringe our rights or those of third parties, obtain products improperly for resale, or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
第5条（免責）
当店は、天災・通信障害等の不可抗力による履行遅延・不能について責任を負いません。サービスは現状有姿で提供され、当店は法令上許容される範囲で保証を限定します。
Article 5 (Limitation of liability)
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or network failures. The service is provided as is, and we limit our warranties to the extent permitted by law.
第6条（知的財産）
本サイトのコンテンツ（文章・画像・ロゴ・「Time Out」「タイムアウト」等の名称・商標）の権利は当店または正当な権利者に帰属します。無断使用を禁じます。
Article 6 (Intellectual property)
Rights in the content of this site — text, images, logos, and the names and trademarks including "Time Out" and "タイムアウト" — belong to us or to the rightful owners. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
第7条（規約の変更）
当店は、以下の場合に本規約を変更できます。当店は、変更内容および変更の効力発生日を、本ページ上での掲載等の当店が適当と判断する方法でお客様に通知するものとします。
- 利用者一般の利益に適合するとき
- 本規約の目的に反せず、かつ、変更の必要性、変更後の内容の相当性、その他の変更に係る事情に照らして合理的なものであるとき
Article 7 (Changes to these terms)
We may change these terms in the following cases. We will notify you of the change and the date it takes effect, by posting on this page or by another method we consider appropriate.
- where the change is in the general interest of users
- where the change does not conflict with the purpose of these terms and is reasonable in light of the need for it, the appropriateness of the revised content, and the other circumstances of the change
第8条（準拠法・管轄）
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本サービスに関する紛争は東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
Article 8 (Governing law and jurisdiction)
These terms are governed by Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over disputes concerning the service.
