配送地域・送料・配送業者・お届け日時指定

配送地域（海外発送の可否を含む）、送料、配送業者、お届け日時指定の可否は商品により異なります。各商品ページおよびチェックアウト時にご確認いただけます。

発送までの期間

ご注文確認後、通常3営業日以内に発送します。繁忙期・天候・在庫状況により遅れる場合があります。

不在・受取不能

保管期間経過により当店へ返送された場合、再送料はお客様負担となることがあります。

Delivery areas, shipping fees, carriers and delivery time slots

These vary by product, including whether we ship overseas. They are shown on each product page and at checkout.

Dispatch time

We dispatch within three business days of order confirmation. This may take longer during busy periods, or because of weather or stock levels.

Undelivered parcels

If a parcel is returned to us after the carrier's holding period, the cost of resending it may be charged to the customer.

物理的な配送は行いません。決済完了後、登録メールアドレス宛またはアカウント上で電子的に提供します。提供方法・タイミングは各商品ページに記載します。

通信障害・システム障害等により提供が遅れる場合があります。決済完了後24時間を超えても商品が届かない場合は shop@timeout.jp までご連絡ください。再送などの対応を行い、それでも提供できない場合は返金します。

Nothing is shipped physically. Once payment is complete, the product is delivered to your registered email address or through your account. The method and timing are stated on each product page.

Delivery may be delayed by network or system failures. If the product has not reached you more than 24 hours after payment, email shop@timeout.jp. We will resend it, and refund you if we still cannot deliver it.
